Founded in 1990
The AMG Commercial Mortgage Group was founded in 1990, after the principles had amassed over 28 years in mortgage banking and brokerage. Overseeing the entire operation, together with "networking" with a multitude of professional commercial mortgage brokers is Anthony M. Gramza. Mr. Gramza has been in the mortgage banking industry since 1961. He has provided his expertise to a multibillion dollar Savings & Loan, a National Private Mortgage Insurer, and several privately owned mortgage banker/broker operations.
Throughout this extensive period of time, Mr. Gramza has developed a reputation of sincerity and straight-forwardness. His motto has always been, "every deal is important, but only if it makes sense." That motto and his reputation have helped in developing a portfolio of lenders and investors who are willing to consider offerings made on behalf of his clients.
As a member of the National and State Association of Mortgage Brokers, the AMG Commercial Mortgage Group maintains the highest caliber of counseling to all its clients. Accolades from its current and past clients are available to any individual upon request.
